What you will do

• Analyze and underwrite commercial loan applications for small businesses while following sound lending practices.
• Conduct comprehensive credit investigations and historical business financial analysis, including cash flow and balance sheet analysis.
• Perform in-depth analysis of guarantors' financial positions through tax returns and personal financial statements.
• Render final credit decisions within individual lending authority limits based on risk and collateral analysis.
• Mentor and support the ongoing development of the underwriting staff through coaching and counseling.
• Ensure departmental compliance with Federal Banking Regulations and hirify.global Credit Policy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant Commercial lending experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Prior lending authority strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
