What you will do

• Lead, train, and coach a team of Loan Closing Specialists to meet departmental goals.
• Provide technical guidance and decisioning on pre-closing loan file reviews for SBA/504/USDA loans.
• Maintain and update the departmental procedures manual to ensure compliance with SBA SOPs.
• Act as a liaison with the SBA, CDC, and USDA regarding loan closing activities.
• Manage a personal loan pipeline and prepare loan documents using the LaserPro system.
• Conduct mandatory due diligence searches including CAIVRS, SAM.gov, and OFAC.

Requirements

• Must be based in FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, VA, TX, or CO
• Minimum of 5 years of SBA experience required.
• Proficient knowledge of SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ability to work in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ETRAN.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Business or Finance degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
