Salary: $160,000 and up

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate software licenses, master services agreements, reseller and distribution agreements, and data processing agreements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Global Sales, Partner Organization, Finance, and Deal Desk teams to provide scalable legal support.
• Drive legal team initiatives and coordinate stakeholders to improve internal processes as the company scales.
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on employment matters, intellectual property, disputes, and cyber incident response.

Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the New York or Massachusetts Bar.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience at a top law firm (transactional practice) or within a fast-paced in-house legal department.
• Must be based in Boston (remote) or New York City (hybrid).
• Familiarity with Legal AI tools and ability to handle complex issues in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
