What you will do

• Serve as the primary US legal partner for People Operations across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separations.
• Manage administrative agency matters (EEOC, DOL) and handle employment litigation and settlements.
• Develop and document sales commission and incentive compensation plans.
• Oversee OFCCP compliance, regulatory filings, HR/payroll audits, and update the Employee Handbook.
• Monitor and advise on AI-related employment developments and shape internal policies as regulations evolve.

Requirements

• J.D. and active membership in the New York or California State Bar (preferred, though open to other U.S. jurisdictions).
• 7-10+ years of employment law experience advising high-growth technology companies.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment law, including wage and hour, leaves, and accommodations.
• Experience with administrative agency matters (EEOC, DOL) and employment dispute litigation.
• Ability to work onsite at the NYC HQ 2-3 days per week.
