What you will do

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims submissions, denial management, and collections.
• Develop and implement modern, scalable revenue cycle infrastructure to support continued organizational growth and multi-state expansion.
• Oversee billing operations across multiple payer types, specifically focusing on Medicaid and managed care.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to optimize revenue cycle technology, reporting tools, and automation.
• Collaborate with the VP of Finance and FP&A to support revenue forecasting and cash flow projections.
• Manage and develop the revenue cycle team, establishing clear performance metrics and accountability structures.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle leadership.
• Proven experience managing billing and accounts receivable operations within a healthcare environment.
• Strong expertise with Medicaid and government payer billing.
• Experience operating in multi-state healthcare environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
• Deep knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement structures, and payer regulations.
