Compensation: $41,600 base + $12,000 variable target

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Must be available for a 6-week virtual training program (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT)
• Must be available to work a permanent split-shift schedule (including weekends)
• Proven track record in sales or education-related roles.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment.
