Senior/Contracts and Budget Associate (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and track confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, amendments, vendor contracts, and site budgets.
• Coordinate with North American and European study teams, clinical sites, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve contractual issues with the supervisor and relevant internal and external partners.
• Coordinate agreement execution and provide status updates on negotiations and completion.
• Maintain contract files, databases, email records, and document archives.
• Ensure contracting activities follow company policies, procedures, standards, timelines, and project expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to clinical research.
• Experience managing, controlling, and tracking contract processes.
• Experience with confidentiality agreements, clinical trial agreements, amendments, or similar legal documents.
• Experience in contract research, life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
