Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 OTE

What you will do
- Perform first-pass reviews of redlines and addenda to identify deviations from company standards.
- Coordinate internal and external escalations by flagging high-risk items for CFO or third-party counsel review.
- Manage and maintain standard contract forms, including SaaS Agreements, Partner Agreements, and NDAs.
- Maintain Salesforce and CRM integrity by updating agreement details and negotiated terms.
- Execute reviews of DPAs and security-related legal paperwork to ensure data protection standards.
- Oversee general compliance initiatives including privacy regulations and international legal requirements.
Requirements
- Must be located anywhere in the US.
- 3-5+ years of experience in contract management, paralegal work, or legal operations, preferably in SaaS/tech.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for contract data and reporting.
- Proven ability to review legal redlines and negotiate terms balancing risk with business speed.
- Familiarity with DPAs and the intersection of legal language and data security/privacy compliance.
- Ability to clearly explain legal risks and trade-offs to executive stakeholders.
