What you will do

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and onsite visits.
• Manage daily technology operations including networks, email, and software systems across macOS, Windows, and iOS.
• Install and configure desktop computers, servers, printers, and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot and repair interactive teaching solutions, including boards and projectors.
• Maintain and upgrade networking equipment and create/update computer images.
• Ensure software license compliance and maintain accurate inventory records for all assets.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in hardware and software installation and maintenance (preferred).
• Must pass a background check prior to hire.
• Ability to deploy software via Network, Server, or MDM tools.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, reaching, and handling computer equipment.
