What you will do
- Establish and operate end-user support and training programs for complex applications and office automation tools.
- Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Manage patch deployment, vulnerability remediation, and software packaging via MECM.
- Support courtroom proceedings by configuring trial hardware and creating electronic exhibits.
- Develop training course outlines and conduct sessions for attorneys, paralegals, and government staff.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience training users on computer applications.
- At least 1 year of experience with supported applications.
- Proficiency with network, telecommunications, and Windows operating system environments.
- Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Chattanooga, TN.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
