What you will do

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing and developing a finance team.
• Excellent analytical skills with a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or similar operational environments is highly preferred.
