What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six finance professionals.
- Oversee all day-to-day finance operations, including management accounts.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct margin analysis and identify cost-saving initiatives and productivity improvements.
- Support strategic projects such as system upgrades, automation, and operational transformation.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing and developing a finance team.
- Excellent analytical skills with a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or similar operational environments is highly preferred.
