What you will do

• Manage core elements of the annual and quarterly external reporting cycle, ensuring all key milestones are met.
• Coordinate the drafting of quarterly results releases and trading updates with senior Group and unit stakeholders.
• Own and review year‑end and interim financial statement notes, disclosures, and XBRL tagging in line with ESEF.
• Partner with external auditors regarding the audit of consolidated Group financial statements and internal controls.
• Contribute to Audit Committee and Board papers by providing insight on financial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement by updating process documentation and strengthening controls.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong external reporting experience, preferably within a listed environment or audit firm.
• Ability to distil complex technical matters for audiences ranging from finance analysts to the Audit Committee.
• Must be based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with IFRS financial statements.
• Experience producing or reviewing annual reports for a FTSE 100 organisation.
• Proven track record in project leadership and process transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical rigour and exceptional attention to detail.
