Salary: £67,023 - £74,470

What you will do

• Lead Blackhorse Financial Reporting, including delivery of monthly results and supporting analysis.
• Own Joint Venture Management Accounts to ensure timely and accurate monthly delivery.
• Manage financial control by ensuring operations align with the Group's Financial Control Framework and overseeing reconciliations.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with key collaborators across Transport and the Retail Finance community.
• Provide day-to-day line management and development for two team members.
• Collaborate with senior partners across both Transport and Retail Finance divisions.

Requirements

• Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or a minimum of 5 years' experience in financial reporting.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, Halifax, Manchester, or Newport.
• Proven experience in line management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical approach with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.
