What you will do

• Support commercial activities including deal structuring, pricing, and contract creation for customers and prospects.
• Draft, modify, and finalize contracts while ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Own the deal approval workflow by routing requests and coordinating with Finance, Legal, and Sales stakeholders.
• Evaluate deal economics such as discounting, multi-year commitments, and custom payment terms for policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate deal and contract records in Salesforce and support month-end/quarter-end reporting.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to improve deal desk processes and quoting tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance within a SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and ARR/MRR metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and deal analysis.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure during quarter-end periods.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to work with Sales, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.
