What you will do

• Serve as the primary Deal Desk resource for APAC Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Review and advise on non-standard pricing, discounting, and complex contract terms.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations globally to align deal structures and drive closures.
• Implement and uphold scalable quoting and contracting processes for the APAC region.
• Ensure all deal structures adhere to internal standards and ASC 606 revenue recognition guidelines.
• Train APAC teams on quoting workflows and Deal Desk policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or commercial operations, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience supporting the APAC market.
• Strong familiarity with software contract terms, MSA structures, and SaaS pricing models.
• Proficiency with CRM, CPQ, and CLM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
