What you will do
- Lead pricing and structuring of complex enterprise SaaS deals within the region.
- Evaluate and approve non-standard deal terms to align with financial goals.
- Partner with Sales leadership to construct deal shapes that improve profitability and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Deal Desk teams to address GTM challenges and mitigate risk.
- Build and refine deal-level financial models to influence commercial strategy.
- Analyze macro-level pricing trends, including price elasticity and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Pricing, Deal Desk, GTM Finance, or Commercial Strategy within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of structuring and closing large-scale B2B enterprise SaaS deals.
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel and deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, Operating Margin, CAC, LTV).
- Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior Sales executives (VP/SVP level).
- Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles such as ASC 606.
