Location: Remote (US only)

Salary: $103,000 – $167,000 (based on geographic pay zones)

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales teams on deal construction and complex transaction negotiations.
  • Manage a book of business, providing coaching and ensuring compliance with commercial policies.
  • Review and draft commercial redlines to facilitate deal closure.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure all contracts are properly executed and documented.
  • Support CPQ tool configuration and train Account Executives on booking processes.
  • Pilot and champion the use of Agentic AI tools to automate and accelerate deal desk operations.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in the Software/SaaS industry in Deal Desk, Finance, or Revenue Operations.
  • Proven ability to comprehend and draft contractual business terms and conditions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRMs like Salesforce and quoting tools.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Demonstrated curiosity or hands-on experience with AI tools for workflow automation.
  • Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Law.
  • Knowledge of software revenue recognition principles.
