What you will do

• Conduct organizational structure and design assessments to identify barriers to system adoption.
• Lead workshops and focus groups to uncover root causes and stakeholder perspectives.
• Develop metrics frameworks to measure organizational health, readiness, and change effectiveness.
• Translate assessment findings into actionable change management strategies for leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify roles, decision rights, and governance structures.
• Design scalable operating models that support sustainable transformation.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance and FAA Suitability determination.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in organizational design, development, and change management strategy.
• Strong experience developing metrics frameworks and analytical models for organizational effectiveness.
• Demonstrated facilitation skills for leading workshops and building stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with aviation, federal, or large-scale infrastructure modernization is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FAA operations, flight services, or Alaska aviation environments.
• Experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR.
• Knowledge of political economy or institutional analysis.
