Solutions Engineer

What you will do

• Provide technical pre-sales expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and present technical system solutions and sales proposals to customers.
• Act as the principal technical liaison between Sales and internal technology teams.
• Assist in closing complex technical sales and provide frontline support for demonstrations.
• Drive market requirements back to product teams to influence roadmaps.
• Prepare and deliver presentations at industry meetings and trade shows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of general business experience in product management, technical leadership, or telecommunications.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales engineering or sales support experience.
• Technical knowledge of multiple hirify.global products.
