What you will do

• Act as the pioneering technical voice for the company in APAC, defining regional technical execution strategies.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify, design, and close complex commercial opportunities.
• Lead discovery workshops, product demonstrations, and technical POCs to resolve objections.
• Contribute code, custom tool integrations, and product fixes directly to the core platform.
• Synthesize field insights and architectural trends to inform global product and GTM strategies.
• Collaborate with regional customer-facing teams to anchor company culture and ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• 4-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing Sales or Solutions Engineering role supporting networking, security, or enterprise cloud software.
• Proven success navigating ambiguity as a founding regional hire or in high-growth startup environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and firewalls.
• Comprehensive understanding of zero-trust networking, secure connectivity, and IAM integrations.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (k8s).

Nice to have

• Experience with objection-handling documentation and building reusable demo environments.
• Background in linking technical architectural decisions to executive value propositions.
