What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives and AWS field teams to drive technical sales plays and new logo acquisition.
• Deliver tailored technical demonstrations of the Cloud Intelligence platform in Thai and English.
• Lead Proof of Value (POV) exercises to demonstrate clear financial and operational impact.
• Provide hands-on cloud engineering support, including architecture reviews and optimization assessments.
• Create reusable technical assets, playbooks, and documentation to enable customer success.
• Represent the company at local and regional industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Native-level Thai fluency (spoken and written) and professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating production workloads on AWS.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, data analytics, or ML/GenAI.
• Practical knowledge of FinOps, cloud cost management, and observability tools.
• Automation mindset with proficiency in Terraform and CI/CD tooling.

Nice to have

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, Advanced Networking, Machine Learning).
• Experience with AWS partner programs like MAP, WAFR, or GenAI accelerators.
• Background in SRE or platform engineering.
• Prior experience with cloud cost management platforms.
