What you will do
- Lead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to articulate the value of identity security solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including RFx responses and proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Engage with senior executives to align proposed technical solutions with customer business needs.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer requirements and market insights.
- Mentor and coach new team members on product capabilities and sales best practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in Melbourne, Australia
- 5+ years of professional experience in a pre-sales technical role within an enterprise software company.
- 3+ years of experience working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of technical infrastructure including application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as required for customer engagements.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, and SQL.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
