Salary: $90,300–$124,190 USD

What you will do

• Oversee 24x7 IT operations, system performance, and service availability.
• Lead incident lifecycle management and major incident response efforts.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and track long-term fixes for recurring issues.
• Participate in Batch Operations to ensure reliable execution of business-critical workloads.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, runbooks, and documentation within ITSM tools.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, LA, MD, MS, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA
• 3–6 years of IT operations or service desk experience.
• Proven expertise in ITIL environments and service management.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in incident and problem management.
• Experience with ITSM tools and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• CompTIA A+ or MCP Certification.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in IT operations.
• Background in infrastructure or application support.
