What you will do

• Create, test, and maintain complex application packages (native, Win32, and custom installers) using PowerShell installation scripts.
• Deliver applications through modern endpoint management platforms and manage cloud-managed endpoint deployment strategies.
• Define and maintain configuration baselines for consistent software settings; remove outdated or unsupported software.
• Set testing criteria, run pilots, validate deployment results, and document findings to support zero-impact rollouts.
• Build and manage long-term software update schedules and monitor add-ins/extensions/custom configurations for Microsoft 365 and browser optimization.
• Partner with application stewards and IT stakeholders on custom requirements and change management to meet internal quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS/MIS, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software packaging and deployment in a large-scale enterprise.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills; hands-on experience with MSI/MST authoring tools and professional deployment platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and modern endpoint management architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot package-level deployment errors by analyzing logs.
• Strong change management knowledge and experience working in ITIL-based operational environments.
