What you will do

• Administer and support the ITSM platform (BMC Helix / Remedy), including integrations and related applications.
• Configure workflows, service catalogs, and system components to align with business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues within a complex enterprise environment.
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and process improvements.
• Contribute to the strategic transition from on-prem Remedy to Helix SaaS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM, systems administration, or similar technical roles.
• Hands-on administration experience with BMC Remedy and/or BMC Helix (platform configuration and customization).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in a production environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with BMC Helix SaaS platform.
• Exposure to Digital Workplace Catalog (DWP/DWPC) or Innovation Studio/Innovation Suite.
• ITIL or related certifications.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, or automation tools.
