Communications Strategist and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Journeyman

Location: Hybrid, Camp Springs, MD. Must be a US Citizen and hold or be eligible for Public Trust Clearance.

Salary: $100,000 – $123,000

What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Coordinate and draft messaging for diverse internal and external audiences.
• Facilitate the adoption of new technologies, processes, and organizational structures.
• Apply Prosci, Lean Agile, and SAFe methodologies to drive change.
• Ensure all communications adhere to Plain Language guidelines and Section 508 accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must hold or be eligible for Public Trust Clearance.
• Proven experience in strategic communications and organizational change management.
• Proficiency in Prosci, Lean Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
