Stakeholder Engagement Specialist (ES) – Journeyman (Strategic Communications): Developing strategic communications, engagement materials, documentation, and reports for mission-critical federal operations with an accent on stakeholder collaboration, compliance, and operational efficiency. Focus on analyzing operational challenges, recommending improvements, and supporting mission objectives for a federal client.

Location: Washington, DC; on-site

What you will do

Develop strategic communications and stakeholder engagement materials that convey mission priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
Prepare documentation, reports, and other deliverables supporting mission objectives.
Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

3–10 years of relevant experience.
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Washington, DC.
