What you will do

• Develop and execute lifecycle strategies for customer acquisition and reacquisition across hirify.global and hirify.global Early.
• Build personalized multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) using Braze.
• Design automated customer journeys through audience segmentation and personalized sequencing.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to generate actionable insights and improve winback performance.
• Collaborate with Creative, Data Analytics, and Product teams to translate strategies into executable campaign plans.
• Maintain campaign quality and governance while navigating legal and compliance requirements in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or comparable marketing automation software.
• Proficiency in HTML and Liquid logic for campaign personalization and QA.
• Strong fundamentals in hypothesis development, experimentation, and performance analysis.
• Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM and lifecycle marketing compliance best practices.
• Valid US work authorization (E-Verify).
