What you will do

• Own activation and habituation outcomes end-to-end, defining the strategy and delivering measurable business impact across the customer journey.
• Collaborate as a peer with Product, Engineering, ML, and Design teams to influence the product roadmap based on experimentation learnings.
• Run a high-velocity experimentation program covering onboarding, upsell, churn prevention, and retention.
• Build and maintain a unified opportunity framework to prioritize tests agnostic of product or surface.
• Perform sophisticated self-serve analysis using SQL and data modeling to diagnose funnel friction and size opportunities.
• Define the evolution of engagement marketing as AI moves further into the communications decisioning layer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a consumer-facing analytical role.
• Must be based in the United States (as indicated by US-specific salary zones and role description).
• Strong analytical self-sufficiency with proficiency in SQL and data visualization platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Mode.
• Deep experimentation experience, including building backlogs and designing rigorous tests.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Iterable.
• Fluency with AI tools to automate and scale strategic output and execution.

• Experience specifically with onboarding, activation, or referral programs.
• Familiarity with regulated or trust-sensitive products in fintech, financial services, or healthcare.
