What you will do

  • Build and execute lifecycle marketing programs for onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement using behavioral signals.
  • Develop and manage the customer advocacy pipeline, coordinating testimonials and peer review submissions.
  • Execute migration marketing campaigns to guide customers from legacy products to the core EPM platform.
  • Support PLG motions by building upgrade campaigns to convert freemium accounts into paying customers.
  • Track and report on KPIs across retention, advocacy, and migration programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer, lifecycle, or retention marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in customer advocacy and case study development.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, or equivalent CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong writing skills for customer-facing content including emails and guides.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • AI Fluency: Active use of AI tools for content production and campaign operations is a core expectation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CS platforms such as WalkMe or Totango.
  • Background in finance technology, ERP, EPM, or FP&A categories.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
