What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and reporting requirements in an Agile environment.
• Develop and support data models, data flows, and virtualization in SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Datasphere.
• Create analytical models, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Implement data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes across SAP BW/HANA and Datasphere.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, and engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with organizational goals.
• Create technical documentation, flow diagrams, and reporting specifications for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or SAP analytics consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, including data modeling and virtualization.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/HANA, or similar SAP analytics platforms.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided, including CPT/OPT).
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business users and technical delivery teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud implementation and configuration.
• Prior background as a QA analyst, developer, data analyst, or analytics engineer.
• Experience in platform optimization and performance tuning.
