Salary: Base $75,000 – $85,000 + $50,000 target variable compensation

What you will do

• Analyze account data to identify low-utilization clinics and implement targeted outreach.
• Coach audiologists and office managers on presenting loan options to patients to increase hearing aid adoption.
• Maintain high-frequency touchpoints with stakeholders to ensure the company remains the first-choice funding partner.
• Manage the loan application pipeline from submission to completion to ensure a seamless experience.
• Deliver virtual training sessions and webinars on product features and best practices.
• Monitor funded volume metrics to forecast growth and identify trends within the territory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong consultative sales approach and ability to navigate the patient journey.

• Experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, or FinTech industries.
