Salary: $179,100–$346,900 (OTE range varies by location)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients from daily users to executive stakeholders.
  • Drive ARR growth by identifying, managing, and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Create and execute comprehensive account plans to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer pain points and compliance goals to provide tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless and unified customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and provide accurate revenue forecasts.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Durham, North Carolina and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically within a quota-carrying B2B role.
  • Proven track record in managing existing customer bases and driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in sales management practices including pipeline generation, forecasting, and risk analysis.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree and formal sales training.

  • Experience applying AI technologies to improve business efficiency and sales outcomes.
