Salary: $179,100–$346,900 (OTE range varies by location)

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients from daily users to executive stakeholders.
- Drive ARR growth by identifying, managing, and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Create and execute comprehensive account plans to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer pain points and compliance goals to provide tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless and unified customer experience.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- Must be located in Durham, North Carolina and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically within a quota-carrying B2B role.
- Proven track record in managing existing customer bases and driving sales growth.
- Proficiency in sales management practices including pipeline generation, forecasting, and risk analysis.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
- Relevant bachelor's degree and formal sales training.
