What you will do

• Serve as the primary AI evangelist and COE representative within the Personal Lines business unit.
• Identify, shape, and document AI use cases aligned with business strategy and executive sponsorship.
• Manage the business unit's AI portfolio, tracking adoption, value realization, and initiative health.
• Drive AI adoption by gathering frontline feedback, developing enablement content, and reinforcing behavioral change.
• Lead the business unit's AI Champions cohort to surface use cases and share success stories.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for AI engineers and architects.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Short Hills, NJ; Hartford, CT; or Charlotte, NC.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance operations, technology, product management, or business analysis.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• Practical working knowledge of AI concepts, including generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and building relationships across organizational boundaries.
• Ability to manage concurrent initiatives and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Platform.
• CPCU, AU, AIC, or similar P&C insurance designations.
• Microsoft AI or Copilot certifications.
