What you will do

• Integrate AI capabilities and agentic workflows into product features and user experiences.
• Design and implement robust, scalable backend solutions using .NET Core, C#, and SQL.
• Lead technical architecture discussions, perform code reviews, and coach other engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evangelize AI-first development practices across the engineering team to increase scalability and speed.
• Own the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering through to testing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and developing SaaS web applications using .NET, C#, or Java.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) into production software, including prompt engineering.
• Proven application of AI tools within the software development space (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Devin, Lovable).
• Strong experience modernizing legacy architectures and diagnosing legacy codebases.
• Experience with ETL pipelines, data replication patterns, or connector/adapter frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems such as ERPs, GL platforms, or FP&A reporting tools.
