What you will do

• Design and build AI skills, workflows, and agents that automate marketing tasks, campaign development, content production, research, and reporting.
• Develop integrated campaign processes with human-in-the-loop input, guardrails, and automation across systems and channels.
• Prototype and evaluate AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, custom GPTs, and automation platforms, recommending solutions that scale.
• Partner with demand generation, content, brand, creative, solutions marketing, and marketing operations teams to embed AI into daily workflows.
• Train and support marketing teams on prompt engineering, AI workflows, and responsible AI practices.
• Measure AI initiative outcomes, maintain documentation, and help establish governance and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience across campaigns, content, or product marketing.
• Hands-on experience building AI skills, automations, or workflows, supported by a portfolio or recorded examples.
• AI training through formal coursework, certification, or substantial self-directed learning.
• Experience with marketing automation and AI or data-intent tools, including Make, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Anthropic Claude, Power BI, 6sense, or Demandbase.
• Strong writing, communication, systems-thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B technology marketing.
