Salary: $210,000 - $232,500 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end AI engagements as the strategic lead, from discovery to executive handoff.
• Design AI operating models and outcome maps to align AI initiatives with measurable business results.
• Lead AI maturity assessments and architect adoption roadmaps using Anthropic’s platform capabilities.
• Facilitate executive workshops and deliver high-level presentations to CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Direct Forward Deployed Engineers on prompt architecture, Claude Code tooling, and workflow automation.
• Identify and shape expansion opportunities across various lines of business to drive account growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development or technical architecture experience, including hyperscaler environments.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership, technical consulting, or solutions architecture.
• Certified Claude Architect.
• Proven experience in executive communication and running structured stakeholder interviews.
• Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted development tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience mapping AI initiatives to ROI and business outcomes for PE portfolio companies.
• Background in LLM prompt engineering, agentic AI workflow design, or AI product development.
• Familiarity with SDLC maturity frameworks such as DORA or DevEx.
