What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for creative and operational roles.
• Manage candidate experience and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines and networks.
• Maintain ATS records and track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience in creative industries, digital media, or creator-focused organizations.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, referrals, and alternative channels.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and asynchronous environment.
