Analista de Talent Acquisition (América Latina & Canadá)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work model with three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and job posting through screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders across the Latin America and Canada recruiting team.
• Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies for diverse, high-quality talent, including participation in campus recruiting events.
• Champion the employer brand and market the company, functions, and roles to prospective candidates.
• Optimize and standardize recruitment processes, educate and influence hiring leaders, and improve compliance and satisfaction metrics.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR, and external vendors, including vendor management for hard-to-fill roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for commercial roles across the LATAM region.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience in multinational companies and global Talent Acquisition structures.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, animal health, or consumer goods.
• Experience with Workday or ERP systems, sourcing tools, AI-driven recruitment technologies, and automation.
