What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and provide qualitative skills assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and interview the best-fit candidates.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and improve processes with other teams and departments.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including IT and marketing or sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience focused on Europe; US-market experience is mentioned as a plus.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience using recruitment ATS, task-tracking, and reporting systems with a data-driven approach.
• Proactive approach to using AI and automation in daily work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to analyze role details, identify cultural markers in candidates, manage time and organization effectively, and work flexibly in a geographically distributed team.
• Result-oriented approach to recruitment.
