Talent Acquisition Specialist (External Delivery Partners Team)

What you will do

• Screen, interview, and assess external partner resources against project requirements and internal standards.
• Collaborate with hiring teams, delivery partners, Procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand project needs and support partner engagement.
• Coordinate end-to-end screening processes, including documentation, database updates, stakeholder communication, and timely SLA-based feedback.
• Research delivery partner capabilities and market trends to support resource identification and decision-making.
• Provide process guidance to internal stakeholders and contribute to improving delivery partner management processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to stakeholder satisfaction and business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Expertise in screening and assessing technical and functional profiles, including competency-based interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Experience working with international candidates and stakeholders, with strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment platforms, and CRMs, alongside strong process management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines and service level agreements.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
