Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote within Spain and the CET time zone

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for searching for and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channel options.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills qualitatively.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify the best fit for each role.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and collaborate with other teams on process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing or sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience with a focus on Europe; experience with the US market is a plus.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience using recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools.
• Proactive use of AI and automation in day-to-day work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to examine role expectations, opportunities, and best practices in detail.
• Ability to identify cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles, with strong time-management, organizational, flexible, and result-oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed team.
