What you will do

• Serve as the primary ambassador for the Las Vegas Design Center, building relationships with designers, firms, and industry associations.
• Plan, promote, and execute designer-focused events, networking opportunities, and educational seminars.
• Manage social media channels and create engaging digital content, including photography and video.
• Provide concierge-style support to connect designers with showrooms, exhibitors, and resources.
• Develop outreach strategies to attract new community members and increase participation in market programming.
• Maintain accurate contact databases and track engagement metrics to support reporting and future planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or Interior Design.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, community engagement, or event planning.
• Passion for interior design, architecture, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and developing digital content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Photography and videography production skills.
• Existing network within the design or home furnishings industry.
