Salary: $61,000 - $116,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain onboarding and training programs for GMIC.
• Facilitate training sessions via lectures, demonstrations, and group activities.
• Identify training needs by collaborating with leadership and conducting assessments.
• Manage training schedules and maintain accurate compliance records for audits.
• Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness.
• Communicate policy and procedure changes across the organization.

Requirements

• Must hold current Property & Casualty License/Insurance Producer License in at least one U.S. State.
• Knowledge of insurance processes, specifically auto liability and bodily injury claims.
• Experience with Guidewire Policy Management Software.
• Proficiency in adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
• Ability to use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for research and content generation.
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry and 1+ years in corporate training preferred.
