What you will do

• Welcome and register customers while maintaining accurate data in the registration system.
• Provide high-quality customer service via face-to-face, email, and telephone channels.
• Offer accurate information regarding campus events, registration requirements, and policies.
• Resolve customer inquiries with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Manage inventory of registration materials and supplies.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to temporary registration associates during market events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or administration.
• Demonstrated experience leading or providing guidance to team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate customer databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds during events.
