Engineering Manager (Mortgage): Leading the Mortgage Verifications Team to build and launch new products and customer-facing experiences within the Truework platform with an accent on architecture scalability and product delivery. Focus on reducing technical debt, nurturing engineering talent, and optimizing delivery processes for highly regulated products.

Location: Hybrid (Individuals are expected to work from the office 3+ days a week). Hub locations: San Francisco, CA; Denver, CO; Nashville, TN; and Santiago, Chile.

Salary: $233,000 - $274,000 USD (San Francisco, CA)

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience managing products at scale within highly regulated industries.
• Strong proficiency with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of service architecture, system design, and lean software development.
• Ability to make high-level prioritization decisions quickly and thoughtfully.
