What you will do

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade mobile applications and platform systems.
• Architect scalable, stable, and secure mobile frameworks to support evolving product needs.
• Drive major architectural improvements, platform modernization, and codebase overhauls.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of mobile engineers using Agile development practices.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted coding tools and development workflows to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to translate requirements into scalable software solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant mobile development focus.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in iOS, Android, and cross-platform technologies.
• Proven experience building/redesigning mobile architectures and leading large-scale replatforming.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted development tools or AI coding workflows.
• Must be based in Canada.
