What you will do

• Lead a squad from planning through delivery, quality assurance, and follow-through.
• Set milestones, resolve ambiguity and competing priorities, and ship in small, observable increments.
• Guide scalable, architecturally sound, flexible, and secure solutions with strong review, QA, documentation, deployment, logging, and monitoring practices.
• Stay involved in design reviews, architecture decisions, incidents, and technical execution.
• Coach direct reports, create development opportunities, hire, onboard, and manage performance.
• Apply AI-native tools and practices to accelerate prototyping, development, and team delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing engineers at a B2B or B2C SaaS company.
• Demonstrated ownership of delivery outcomes, including milestones and concrete results in complex or fast-moving environments.
• Strong technical background with the ability to contribute to architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Experience shipping recent technical work and making difficult trade-offs with high autonomy.
• Demonstrated AI-native leadership, including integrating AI-first practices into team development.
• Experience building high-performing, inclusive, collaborative teams and communicating clearly and directly.
