What you will do

• Advise internal teams on data center construction industry dynamics and best practices.
• Support content development for VR simulations and eLearning videos.
• Develop detailed procedure guides and write voiceover scripts for video tutorials.
• Generate valid test questions, knowledge checks, and technical fault scenarios.
• Review training courses to ensure technical accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• Extensive subject matter expertise in Data Center Construction (Electrical, HVAC, Network/Fiber, Rack Installation, or Plumbing).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Availability during US business hours to attend scheduled Zoom meetings.
• Strong writing skills for creating technical guides and scripts.

Nice to have

• Teaching, training, or mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with Camtasia video tutorial software.
