What you will do

• Respond to student email, voicemail, and discussion board inquiries within one business day.
• Maintain current knowledge of state-specific real estate laws and assist in updating course content accordingly.
• Manage necessary state commission paperwork for school and course approvals.
• Serve as an Instructor of Record when required by state regulations.
• Present course material before the Education Advisory Committee for pre-licensing certification.
• Complete and maintain the CDEI (Certified Distance Education Instructor) designation.

Requirements

• Active NM real estate license (salesperson or broker) required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Ability to complete the 16-hour CDEI designation within 4 months of hiring.
• Commitment to attending required instructor development workshops.
• Strong communication skills for student support.
